Bird Nest Removal
£150 (Sweep included)
These can be difficult to remove, particularly if they have not been used for several years. Removing nests, and all the material used to construct them, is a time-consuming process that requires special equipment and techniques.
However, it is important to note that nests are only removed from chimneys outside of the period of February to July, which is the nesting season.
There are certain circumstances where nests can be removed if they pose a threat to human health. Get in touch for advice.
Tar & Creosote Removal
From £150 to £300
For homes where the Chimney/Flue has not been swept, has been abused or other external factors resulting in a significant build-up of creosote and tar.
For cases with significant tar and creosote buildup, we offer a specialised chemical treatment. This process involves applying a chemical agent to break down the deposits, followed by a return visit a few weeks later to complete a thorough rotary power sweep.
This service can vary in price due to the stage of creosote buildup.
Pre Install Sweep (and CCTV inspection)
£90 or £160(with CCTV inspection)
Having a new stove installed?
We undertake pre-install sweeps to clear the chimney prior to lining and installation.
We can also inspect the chimney with CCTV equipment to check there is sufficient clearance for installation.
CCTV Chimney Inspection
£150 (Sweep included)
We provide thorough CCTV chimney inspections to evaluate structural integrity and pinpoint the causes of damage or blockages.
Ideal for homeowners debating installing a chimney into a decommissioned fireplace as well as pre-purchase assessments.
